Peanut Cracker Dippers

8 ounces chocolate-flavored candy coating
1/2 cup peanut butter
48 round buttery crackers

In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate coating. Using half of the crackers, spread 1 tsp. peanut butter on each; top with another cracker. Using tongs or 2 forks, dip each cookie into chocolate. Place on wire rack over waxed paper. Cool completely. 24 cookies.

Microwave Directions:

Place Chocolate coating in medium-size microwave-safe bowl; break apart. Microwave on High for 3 to 4½ minutes or until melted, stirring every minute. Continue as directed above.

Tip: If desired, raisins or coconut can be added with the peanut butter to each cookie.
