Healthy Honey Balls
1 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3 cups Wheat Chex cereal crushed to 1½ cups
2 cups Rice Chex crushed to 3/4 cup
Combine peanut butter, honey, dry milk and Wheat Chex crumbs. Shape into 1-inch balls. Then roll in Rice Chex crumbs. Cover. Chill until firm about 2 hours.
