Powerful Peanut Butter Sandwiches

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup shredded carrot
2 Tbsp. shelled sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. honey
4 bagels, split, or 8 slices whole wheat bread

In small container, combine all ingredients except bagel; mix well. Spread mixture on 4 bagel halves or bread slices; top with remaining bagel halves or bread slices.
