Peanut Butter Fingers

1 cup all-purpose or unbleached flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened 1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Heat oven to 350�F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine all bar ingredients; blend at low speed until mixutre forms a soft dough. Press in bottom of greased pan.

Bake at 350�F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes; spread evenly to cover.

Frosting

1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
3 to 5 tsp. milk

In small bowl, combine frosting ingredients, adding enough milk for desired drizzling consistency; drizzle over chocolate. Cool completely; cut into bars.
