Spaghetti Bake

1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cream-style cottage cheese
Dash pepper
One 15-1/2 oz. jar meatless spaghetti sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

In a 10-inch skillet cook sausage, and onion till meat is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain well.

In a mixing bowl toss together spaghetti, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and sausage mixture. Turn mixture into a greased 12x7-1/2x2 inch baking dish.

In a bowl stir together eggs, milk, cottage cheese, a pepper. Pour over spaghetti mixture in baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or till set. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
