Fill the egg cups with moist potting soil and plant a few seeds about 1/4 inch deep in each one. Cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place.
Mist the soil with water daily. At the first sight of sprouts (about 7 to 14 days), remove the plastic and set the seedlings by a window where they'll get at least a few hours of sunlight every day.
Once the seedling have two pairs of leaves, transplant them into small pots or yogurt containers; with three pairs or more, they're ready to move outdoors."
