PROGRAMME NOTES Visitors are welcome on any walk. However, non-members are invited to sample two walks of their choice before joining the Ramblers. COACH TRIPS: The booking of seats on coach trips can be done on walks or by phone through the Treasurer, J Price on (01636) 813664. Cheques should be made payable to NEWARK RAMBLERS, Cash or cheques to be paid on booking. CANCELLATION: - there will be NO refunds; you must find your own replacement. All the walks are circular unless stated otherwise. All walk leaders should carry the group’s First Aid Kit, and arrange to transfer it to the next weeks leader. In the event of adverse weather conditions please check with the Chairman or the Secretary to see if the walk leader has cancelled the walk. At the start, if the leader has not arrived 15 minutes after start time the walk is cancelled. PLEASE use common sense. When we use a pub at lunchtime please ensure that your own drinks are not consumed inside and where appropriate muddy boots are removed. The group owns a number of OS maps which members are welcome to borrow. Please contact the Map Secretary for further details.
