This elderly person was lying in his own urine and excreta and begging. We brought him home and washed him up and his big toe was in such a bad shape. There were nearly fifty - sixty maggots crawling around. We took him to Baptist hospital and was admitted for 15 days and we had to amputate his big toe and toe next to it. He could not walk but now he is walking around and happy. The Baptist Hospital did not charge anything for their kind gesture.
