C.A. couldn't be more inapropriately named. It is a city of sin with it's casinos, whores, drug clubs, and vampires. But as the war enters the mortal realm there are much worse things looking about. C.A. is a sprawling waterfront jungle of concrete and steel with numerous clubs, hotels, hookers, and businesses. Some of the more noted places are Ambrosia and Los Sangora vampire cafe's, Vysage the cities largest hotel/casino, and Mercy a club with many sides to it. For real fun you can also visit Ruby's brothel.
A town owned entirely by vampires hidden deep in the forest just of the Celinas desert. It was an ideal place to build new Mayhem after the original burned because of the oddly flourishing forest just off the Celinas that very few are willing to make the journey across. This place of course does have some human familiars within it, but is mostly vampires who enjoy the bars, clubs, and their homes that they can be themselves in.
