It's some time in 2003. I am a ball of consciousness observing the events on Earth. There is talk in the media about short-term memory loss that has grown to epidemic proportions. I am shown what is causing the memory loss; it is the ELF waves, (wave of extremely low electromagnetic radiation) in which the population is being immersed.
