October 30th, 2003:

Well the snow has fallen, the warm temperatures are but a memory, and the UGW has not done anything in a couple months... It has basically been accepted by everyone in UGW that this year's season is done, and that it is training time once again. UGW commissioner King Harv has purchased a building suitable for training, but it is unlikely that any shows will be done there. He and his right hand man Martin have been getting the building ready to go for training, and have been working hard to get it going as soon as possible. That means that it should not bee too long until the UGW wrestlers are once again in a ring getting ready for a new season.

In other news, there has been some concern shown in UGW on how many of it's wrestlers will actually be back next year. Hotshot Joe, Hardcore Kelly, King Harv, Martin, Nanin, Goliath, and Senor Loco don't really seem to be making any major plans to leave the UGW anytime soon, but there has been some speculation that a few of its stars will be moving on in the months to come. There are rumours that Bonar wants to move elsewhere, Fuel may be taking off to Prince Albert for a year or two, Pope has been training as a missionary, and hopes to one day, finally get into a Missionary Position(heh heh heh...never happen), Kamo has made plans to go back to Korea and train to be a member of the Olympic Women's Diving Team, and it doesn't look like Mike Sledge, Molloy, and El Paco are every coming back. Obviously these are all speculations and nothing is known for sure. Once more info is known about these wrestlers and their future with UGW it will be posted right away.

Hotshot Joe recently celebrated a birthday on the 23rd of October. For some odd reason, Bonar and Fuel were in attendance at his birthday celebration. Were they just being the polite classy guys they always have been, or were they planning on taking advantage of Hardcore Kelly not being present and beating the shit out of Joe? Only time and the coroner will tell.

Speaking of UGW birthdays, Fuel will be celebrating his 21st in November 13th. A get together is planned for the 14th at his swanky Moose Jaw home, and it is believed that many individuals from UGW will be in attendance. The mood might swing from whiskey and tits to talk about what is going on in UGW. Whatever news comes from that will be posted ASAP.

I do believe that has covered everything, so stay slose to your computer and keep a sharp eye on the UGW news, hopefully we will have some great news for all you fans in the near future...

September 25th, 2003: State of UGW

The UGW has been on hiatus for the last little while due to the Police banning the wrestlers from using the park. The Wrestlers shrugged it off and hoped that the home of the Rage in the Cage event could be a possible new home...but once again the cops showed up and this time charges were almost laid on the UGW wrestlers for damage done to the cage... Now it appears that there is no new place to wrestle in the works... It was briefly discussed that the CWF could share their arena with UGW, but it was decided that it would only be if absolutely nessessary as that is CWF's turf and a trademark that UGW would not want to take away.

The possibility of using the old MJWF arena once again is also in the air, but if that happens it is more than likely that the UGW wrestlers will just take the winter off from doing shows and focus more on training over the winter as they did last year.

I have also heard rumours that the UGW might just call it quits after all of these inconveniences. We await to hear from both UGW owner, Joe Bates and UGW Commisioner, King Harv, on their thoughts and feelings on what steps will be taken next in this situation.

To all of the fans of the UGW, as well as its dedicated wrestlers...the future is uncertain, and hopefully there will be many more UGW shows for everyone's enjoyment, and if not, if the UGW is indeed over...well, then it has been a great couple of years, and a pleasure to work with each and every one of the wrestlers. Thats all from here... Good day...

There is a little bit of news to report. There is of course a new UGW T.V Champion...after a long battle to get the title, and a little unwanted help from No Respect, Fuel has finally gained the T.V Title. This is only the second time Fuel has ever held a belt in the UGW, the last one being the Canadian Title, which he only got to defend once before it was removed when he left to join the army for a while. There is much stipulation that Fuel would not have won the match if No Respect had not interfered..but he is the champion none the less so congrats to Fuel.

The Pay Per View "Singled Out" is fast approaching, so when more matches are made, check em out in the PPV section.

Really I think that is all to talk about. Take Care Y'All...

July 14, 2003

It's been a while since I've done anything with the site, but that doesn't mean that UGW hasn't been in full swing. There was a show last week and there should be another one this week. There is quite a bit of news to report so lets get at it...

Mike Sledge has decided to part ways with the UGW. I guess his 12 year old friends at the Game Domain and his friends in UGW just can't co exist so he has called it quits on his wrestling carreer. When confronted about whether or not he would be participating on the UGW shows ever again, Sledge said that he wouldn't compete in every show...therefore if he isn't going to be an active part of the UGW, then there is no point in him competing at all. We wish Sledge luck in his future and hope that he will one day get his priorities straight and hopefully compete in a UGW ring again...

Fuel, Rave(from CWF), and an unidentified passenger were involved in a car accident around 3:00 am on Tuesday the 8th of July. Fuel was the only one to sustain any injuries of any kind and has seemingly recovered from them as he had a match at DRW this past weekend. Allthough it sucks that his car is totalled we are just glad that everyone is ok...

The Pay Per View "Singled Out" is coming up very soon. A date has still not been set for sure, but there are only 2 or 3 more UGW shows to be done before the Pay Per View. Some matches have already been signed, and you can get all the news and other cool shit about it in the PPV section on the head page...

That about does it for the news this week. Webmaster 1, if you read this, can you please put up the results from last weeks show... I don't have it on tape and I have a horrible memory for what happened... For all you UGW fans, take care out there...

June 18, 2003

The UGW is finally back on schedual. This past Monday the stars finally got the 3rd edition of UGW T.V taped. Look for more great shows to come more frequently.

In other news, Webmaster 2 is getting as bad as Webmaster 1 when it comes to spelling. He types too fast and never proofreads, so please be patient with the site crew and their poor useage of English.

As some of you may notice,(and many just don't care), Mike Sledge has not been seen in the UGW circle in over a month and a half. There is speculation that he may have injured himself while eating an ice cream cone. A more believeable theory is that he spends all of his time playing magic with 10 year old boys and therefore never wrestles...far more believeable than injuring himself while eating, but I guess even professionals get hurt once in a while at their sport of choice.(Sledge was in the olympic pie eating contest).

There really isn't a whole lot else to mention other than the new wrestler that has signed with the UGW is indeed a masked cruiserweight. Apparently he has come to bring a little hometown pride to the UGW, and we all await his arrival to see just who this mystery man is.

That's all for the news, check the rest of the site for more updates...

May 7, 2003

It has been almost a month since the site was last updated, but here it is, the news for this week.

Fuel has recovered from his injury and has been back in the ring for the last coupleof weeks. He has formed an alliance with the backyard wrestling legend, Bonar. These two have proven to be a compatible team, and look to bring new electricityand excitement to the Tag Team part of the UGW, which has basically been dominated by Team Hell for the last...well...ever.

Another team making their presence felt is the team of No Respect. Hardcore Kelly, and Hotshot Joe have been feuding with Fuel and Bonar, as well as Team Hell. There has been a match signed between Fuel and Bonar and No Respect for the #1 contendership to the UGW tag titles. That match will probably take place at the next PPV that has been named "Singled Out". More news on that when it arrives.

Lastly, the UGW would just like to thank all of its fans for their patince. We know we have not had an updated site in a while, but we are back to work now, and hopefully everything will go smoothly from here on in...

April 13, 2003

The UGW has some bad news to report. Fuel, one of the UGW most improved wrestlers, has had a very bad injury competing at Joe's Place this weekend. Before a match with Hotshot Joe, Fuel was practicing a 450 Splash. It appeared that he could pull it off with ease if he had a few extra inches of height. So Harlie from DRW suggested that Fuel try it off of his shoulders. Fuel pulled it off but his right leg was in a bad position and landed the wrong way. Fuel's right knee was hyper extended very badly, and Fuel could not walf for about 10 minutes. After sitting it off and getting it looked at, he said it felt good enough to try to wrestle. He practiced a flying headscissors to Rave, and it was pulled of flawlessly...it appeared that Fuel's knee was going to be okay. He and Hotshot Joe started their schedualed match, but about 30 seconds in to the match, Fuel was running off the ropes and he dropped to the ground, screaming in pain. His knee had once again hyper extended and he had to be carried out of the ring. Fuel has decided after trying to wrestle on it after a short rest, that the best thing to do is let time heal the wound. He still can't walk without assistance, and he has stated that his kneee is in a great amount of pain and discomfort. Fuel is expected to be out of the ring for as long as a month. We wish Fuel a speedy recovery, and our support over the next few weeks. Fuel looked very upset about having to be out of the ring tonight, so we can assume that he will be training hard and keeping his knee as healthy as possible so that when he does return to the ring, he will return with a bang. Our best wishes to Fuel...

April 6, 2003

We have a new Joe's Place Champion... Just 24 hours after his 20th birthday, King Fucking Harv became the second wrestler to ever hold the belt. Check the Matches page for the details on the match.

Fuel has become the #1 contender for the DRW title. This means that Fuel will fight Steve-O sometime in the near future...Best of luck to Fuel.

Now that there is snow on the ground, UGW's outdoor shows will be postponed for a little while. We will keep you posted on when the UGW guys will be going outside to put on a great show.

Kelly got his ass kicked...Ha Ha Ha...

Lastly, it looks like Fuel and Knob from the DRW have put their differences aside and become a tag team. They had a match this weekend at Joe's Place. Is this the beginning of a new team or was it a one night thing? Keep looking here for news on these and other stories in the UGW.

That's all the news for now...

This is Webmaster 2 saying....MY ANUS IS BLEEDING!!!!!!!!!!

April 1, 2003

Well, yesterday was supposed to be the first UGW show, but due to difficulties in moving the UGW ring, it had to be postponed, so instead a few of the stars went and worked on some moves at the UGW Swimming Facilities.

This weekend, for anyone who hasn't looked at the guestbook, UGW's Fuel will be taking on Pointy Water Compass(knob) from the DRW for the DRW Mufuka Championship. This is basically a cruiserweight title. Best of luck to Fuel.

In other news, Mike Sledge actually showered and changed his underwear for the first time in years. This amazing event took place yesterday at the UGW Swimming Facilities, philosophers are now predicting the end of the world to come not long afterwards.

On a more serious note, this weekend is UGW superstar King Harv's birthday...When asked how he was going to celebrate it, King Harv replied,"I'm gonna go slay some children, steal their souls, eat their skulls, savagely rape anonymous wenches, oh...and play parcheese." Happy Birthday wishes from all the UGW competitors who don't hate you...(Martin and Joe Bates).

Well, that just about wraps it up for the news. Keep looking here for all the breaking news and information about UGW shows, injuries, merchandise, and other shit that we like to talk about.

Peace, Love, Empathy...

March 29, 2003

Last night at the DRW show at Joe's place, Fuel made his debut as a DRW competitor. Although Fuel has been wrestling at DRW shows for about 2 months now, he has decided to join DRW's ranks as well as wrestle here in UGW. Fuel's debut against Harlie was a good match, although Fuel was not victorious. Fuel would win a har fought match later in the night to become #1 contender for the Joe's Place Belt. He will wrestle Kelly for it this weekend at DRW. Look at the Matches page for more details on the night at DRW.

Tonight is WRESTLEMANIA, and many people from the UGW, DRW and CWF will be putting aside their differences to watch this great moment in wrestling culture.

Lastly, justa reminder that the first UGW show will be tommorrow in the UGW Park of Hate. The time is not yet decided but someone will post it on the message board as soon as possible. Come watch the spectacular matches that will take place...

That's all for the news for now, check back regularly for updates...

March 28, 2003

The UGW has been very busy lately, competing every weekend with the DRW at Joe's Place. Fuel has signed with the DRW, becoming the 2nd member of UGW to wrestle for both feds. When asked why he signed with the DRW, Fuel replied,"I have a lot to learn still, and being with UGW and DRW will give me a lot of extra training and practice. I have improved a lot, but there is still a far way to go". When asked if this move to DRW meant that his days with UGW were numbered, Fuel stated that," I bleed UGW, it is who I am, and I will never leave the UGW for any other fed... This just letsme be part of two great organizations". We wish Fuel luck with the DRW and look forward to see him with UGW's new season just a few days away.

As many of you must know by now, UGW's first day of the new season will be this Monday, March 31 in the UGW park of hate. There are many mixed feelings about wrestling in the park...see the UGW message board for thoughts and comments about this subject. The day should be a good show, even though two wrestlers will not be competing: Kamo, who is not going to be back from his home in Korea for another week or two, and Fuel, who will not be competing due to tattoo work to be done the same day as competition. Fuel will be present at the show to do some color comentary and maby speak a bit about going to DRW.

The ladder match at Joe's Place, although highly anticipated, failed to deliver the greatness that was expected. Don't getme wrong, it was one hell of a ladder match, but it just wasn't as good as it could have and should have been. There were just too many competitors to follow and it dragged on a bit too long. The moves and efforts by the competitors were very great though. Good job to those who participated: King Harv, Fuel, Skull, Jason, and Harcore Kelly who ended up winning the match to retain his Joe's Place Title. Be sure to check out UGW, CWF, and DRW this weekend at Joe's Place. Some matches for friday and saturday include Hardcore Kelly vs Hotshot Joe, Fuel fighting in his induction to the DRW match as well as against a wrestler of Hardcore Kelly's chosing to earn a shot at the Joe's Place Title, and as always, King Harv, Bonar, and the rest of the gang will all be in action. Hope to see you all there.

That is all for the news, take care...

March 15, 2003

The UGW is very excited about the weather change, as it means that we can once again wrestle outside. This is very cool and training is going good so the UGW hopes to start up again as soon as we can.

DRW is tonight, and there will be a match that everyone must see. King Harv, Fuel, Hardcore Kelly, and the Skull will be in a four way ladder match...no DQ, and the winner will face Hotshot Joe for the CWF title next week at DRW. This match is going to be full of high flying and hard hitting action. Fuel and King Harv both bring their experience in the ladder match with them as they have fought eachother numerous times in ladder matches. And whenever you have Kelly and Skull from CWF in a match, you know it is going to be one for the books. The match will be taking place sometime tonight at Joe's place...come check it out, this match promises to blow your fucking mind.

In other news, training is on hiatus for this week until we figure out what day we can do it that everyone can show up to. Tuesday might be a swimming day. Fuel is already going for sure and anyone else that wants to go is welcome....CWF members included.

Finally, there are many UGW wrestlers that have been wrestling in the CWF, and there are more that have expressed interest in being added to the roster of the CWF, and vice versa. If this keeps up then there will be even more great action for the fans of both UGW and CWF. Allthough they usually put eachother down constantly, UGW and CWF just love getting in the ring with eachother... it is great competition and the fans love it, so this could be a good thing for both feds.

Hot(sperm)shot Joe and his cat are too friendly...see CWF message board for details.

That is all fot the news this week....enjoy the show tonight if you go and keep coming to the site for more news on the UGW.....Good Day!
