Bio:Akira has come a long way, in his career. He had just arrived in MJWF as it folded, and only got one match. Against Bonar. We thought we would never see Akira again. But sure enough, persistance paid off, and he was right back, in UGW.

Akira had a severe losing streak going for him, never winning a single match. Until he Vertemanglered El Paco Muchacho in the dirt. After this victory, Akira got extremely confident. He was trying harder, putting more in. But still losing. He needed help. When there was a halt in UGW last fall, Akira took it upon himself to go to UGW talent. He went to King Harv. King Harv helped him out by sending Akira to Japan, Thailand, and even Mexico, to further enhance Akira's ability. Upon returning, there was visibly a change to Akira. he looked more serious. He wasn't so charismatic. He was playing to win.

His first big win was over Fuel. After this, Akira only got stronger. He ended up winning a tournament for the UGW World Title, where he defeated Fuel again. After winning the title, everyone was thrown at him. By this time, Team Hell was making their impact felt in UGW. Akira ended up defeating Martin and Cyanide in singles competion, showing that size isn't everything. Akira is the first Cruiserweight to hold the UGW Title. But, Akira has no problems defending it. Whether it be against a fellow cruiserweight, or a mammoth, he has no fears.
