Albuquerque and Sky City
This weekend, the group visited Albuqerque for some site seeing, and shopping, and another try at Sky City. We all had fun walking around Old Town, the oldest section of Albuquerque, seeing the old shops and the buildings built in the traditional pueblo style. Later in the day, we returned a visit to Sky City, one of the longest continuously inhabited cities in the U.S. Sky City is part of the Acoma reservation, as is built on top of a flat mountain. All the buildings there are the traditional adobe style.
