Corey VandenBerg is a sophomore at Calvin. She is majoring in Elementary Education, with minors in health and language arts. She is currently teacher aiding kindergarten classes at Rehoboth Christian School. She enjoys hiking, sight-seeing, and playing volleyball.

Sarah Rottman is a junior at Calvin and she is majoring in Special Education. She is teacher aiding in the 4th grade at Rehoboth Christian School, and is also helping with the America Reads program. In her spare time she likes hiking, exploring, and playing volleyball.

Zach Evans is now a fifth year student at Calvin College. He is an Elementary Education major with minors in math and science. After this semester of student teaching he is hoping to teach overseas as soon as possible.

Gayle Dingler is a junior at Calvin College, studying to become an Elementary school teacher. Her minors are social studies and language arts. This semester Gayle will be aiding in the 5th grade classroom at Rehoboth Christian School, taking classes, and helping with the America Reads Program. She enjoys hiking, spending time with others in the group, and looking at the stars.

Sarah Brouwer is a junior at Calvin College studying for her major in Special Education. She will be student aiding in 1st grade at Rehoboth Christian School, and is helping with the America Reads Program. Even though the land is shockingly different from her Dutch home of Holland, MI, she is enjoying the experience. In her spare time she hopes to hike alot and wrestle a rattlesnake to the ground.

Natalie R. Tillman is currently a junior double majoring in Communication Arts and Sciences and Elementary Education. Natalie is enrolled in Education 301-303, Art, History, Sociology, and IDIS. She is student aiding at Church Rock Public Elementary School. Natalie hopes to walk away from this experience full of passion and life. She is eager to climb, climb, climb to the peaks where she can touch the stars and reach the heavens - Love Live Learn.

Doug is a junior at Calvin, and is teacher aiding, working with high school students (they're great), with some pretty cool teachers. In his free time he likes to hike, boulder, talk and hang out with friends, and spents lots and lots of time behind the computer putting this page together. (its kinda fun)

Dave is a fifth year senior at Calvin in the Education department. Most of his semester is spent student teaching Physical Education at Rehoboth Christian School, working with grades 1-10. He enjoys learning more about the culture, the people, and the land that is found here in the Southwest. By the end of the semester, Dave plans to have each of his students running 10k's. Kristi Johnson is from Cincinnati, OH. She is presently a senior at Calvin and will graduate this year with a degree in Communications/Theatre. She is heavily in CTC and off-campus programs. In addition to spending this semester in New Mexico, she has gone on interim programs to Sweden, and Dublin, Ireland.

Ronda Kaemingk is a fifth year senior at Calvin, and is from Englewood, Co. She is in the Elementary Education program and is studying Language Arts, Art, and Early Childhood Development. This summer she completed 5 weeks student teaching in a preschool and is currently student teaching in the 3rd grade at Rehoboth Christian School. Before she is finished at Calvin, she will also have experience in 2 different kindergartens. This spring, Ronda will return to Calvin for one more semester before graduating in May.
