Dam: Sharbees Nitocris of New Kingdom (bronze)

This was supposed to be my first litter of bronzes. At least, the odds were that half the kittens should have been bronze. However, cats never seem to do what they are supposed to, and Crissie managed to have four beautiful silvers and one bronze. There are four girls, and one silver boy. Crissie is such a warm bronze that I had predicted her silver kittens would be badly tarnished, but I seem to have been wrong about this, and in fact the silvers look very nice and clean with beautiful contrast. There is one little silver girl that looks particularly striking with HUGE black spots and white ground colour. The little bronze girl has an orange face like her mum, and it will be interesting to watch how her colour develops.
