What's Happening Now
After a long-lasting conflict with the NEMP, the New Republic finally settled down into a nice, peaceful pace.
But all was not well for long. Soon, a group of Rogue Jedi, led by Dark Master Iskhan Yafar, popped up, challenging the Jedi Counsel's ideals. Soon all of the order was thrown into chaos. Many masters whom had followed the code all of their lives were suddenly siding with Iskhan, questioning the long-held Jedi beliefs. The Counsel was quickly divided, and within no time a civil war broke out. All too quickly, the Jedi of the old code had fallen and scattered, taking refuge where it could be found.
After his victory against the Jedi, Iskhan took his forces to arms against the core of the New Republic itself.
Backed by numerous Rogue Jedi and Fleets of ships he soon toppled the NR, seizing control of many of its sectors.
Within the past few months life has slowed & settled, but, with a NEMP attack on Yavin 4(The current hide-away of many old code Jedi) on the horizon and numerous NR officers and soldiers, as well as old-coders, brooding, looking for an opening to strike Iskhan and reclaim their power, the future might not be as idyllic as it looks, and the peace may soon be shattered.
