Charlie's Angels
Directed by: McG (Joseph McGinty Mitchell)
Circa: 2000
Runtime: 98 mins

Like everyone else that saw the previews for this movie, I heavily expected a total martix clone.. Let me tell you that I was not only suprised on how they pulled it off, I was also impressed by the ways they used the diffrent techniques.

The story started off really cool, w/ some funny TV movie inside jokes like "TJ Hooker" the movie and LLcool J's comment on it..
We then see a short introduction to each character which was done in a cool "TV" sort of way.

The story however, has been done in just about every Saturday morning cartoon since I can remember. Good guy is really a bad guy, and vice versa. Although I have to admit, this badguy is BAD.. He reminded me a lot  of "Gary Oldman" in his actions, but that doesn't matter, Gary Oldman rocks.. Speaking of characters that rocked, Crispin Glover's character was equally cool.. He was just plain freaky.. Bill Murray also gets honorable mention for actually being funny for once in the last ten years.

It's not really the plot that makes this movie, because I'm not gonna lie folks..This is a straight out "Popcorn and Nachos" movie. You watch in awl as some of the most amazing effects since the "Matrix" come onto the screen. This is what made the fights so dazzling.. The choreography was horrible.. It's the
Slo-mo stuff, and the wire work that made them look like what they are.. If you break it down, there wasn't really that much to the fights at all.. I did however think that Drew Barrymore's final fight in the castle was cool. But it wasn't her fighting I liked, it was the commentary she made during the fight that made it so cool..

The end was also really cool, kinda cheesy, but hey... Cheesy is good at times.

Overall I really like this movie. It exceeded my expectations, and was just a damn slick movie..
