Synopsis: The story here is that Phobos and his siblings have
taken over Gotham, and the bodies of Batman, the Joker, and Poison Ivy.
Batgirl doesn’t appear in this 4-part series until this final issue. Unfortunately,
it’s just in ONE panel on page 14. Well, okay, the panel is partly covered
by Wonder Woman, so it’s only HALF a panel. Still, she’s in here, so we
can now say that she’s ‘appeared’ in a major, non-Batman-related DC title.
