Note: This is the conclusion of the cross-over between Dark
Horse’s sexy Ghost, and our even sexier Batgirl... Well, okay, she’s only
sexy in this particular series... Just look at the cover - Is that a fighting
pose???
Synopsis: We start off discovering that Ghost is in an anti-phasing
chamber, which negates her powers. 80 feet above the chamber, Batgirl arrives
and starts beating up the guards. Back downstairs, Greymater guarantees
Leo’s safety. Suddenly, Two-Face arrives and the war is on! Meanwhile,
Batgirl finds Ghost and frees her. Chris enters the scene and things get
wild... ending up with Batgirl being uncharacteristically knocked out by
Chris. Outside, the war continues, and Trixie kisses Freddy to persuade
his to join her side. Two-Face sees this. Downstairs, the fight continues
and Ghost sticks a book into Chris’ head. Batgirl finally wakes up, and
she and Ghost make their escape. Back outside, things get ugly as Carver
is shot several times. Freddy, who is good friends with Carver, tries to
save him. Disappointed, Two-Face kills Freddy, but lets Carver live since
the coin “says so.” As Two-Face leaves, he watches zombies eating up his
army. As Ghost and Batgirl continue their escape, Batgirl sees Two-Face
and goes after him. In Greymater’s infirmary, Greymater, Chris, and Trixie
decide to leave. Back outside, things get even more messy. Two-Face attempts
to kill his doctor, but is a split-second too late, as Ghost pulls the
doctor out of Two-Face’s limousine. Batgirl causes the limousine to crash,
and Two-Face is a bloody mess. Just as Ghost is about to go after Greymater,
Greymater’s lair explodes into flames. As the heroes watch on, Greymater,
Chris, and Trixie drive away in a van... towards Metropolis...
