My husband and I live in the Middle East and recently purchased the Tike Tech stroller when we were Stateside. What a fantastic product-it's so comfortable for the baby AND the parents. When we returned to Jordan after the summer, the stroller arrived on the baggage carrousel minus a few key parts (I had failed to tighten the wheel clamp). When I contacted the company they replied quickly by both e-mail and with an international call! They were so helpful and quickly got the part to me. Their friendly, prompt service was so refreshing!
