General Background
The Skelts empire was recently formed just before King Sebastian died. A long war was fought between the Skelts and the Sineaus before the Skelts were able to secure an empire for themselves They are currently planning to over take the Rats.

Maxwell is the emporer of the Skelts he is a half brother of Ben and Seamus. He is more devious than Seamus, and is more than likely insane.
Jeremiah Jeremiah used to be a Sineau lord, he joined with Max in the rebellion against the Sineaus. Jeremiah is now second only to Max. His intelligence is near genius level, he is skilled swordsman,and strategist.
