Nursing in Poetry...

There are some times in the daily work of a nurse that touch the heart & soul more than others - especially when the miracle of birth or the tragedy of death is witnessed.  The emotions resulting from such events are inescapable.  Although as a professional nurse, I am expected to maintain my composure throughout any part of my job.  Thankfully, I am able to express some of my more overwhelming feelings in the poetry that you may choose to read by following the links below.
