A Small List of Ways to Help America Recover
from the 11 September Attacks.

This list, compiled from information found in newspapers, online, through email, from friends and through tv and radio broadcasts is in no way anywhere close to including all the different organizations involved in rebuilding America. Many communities have organized their own funds to help those in thier community. If you have a group or organization you'd like added to this list, please email us at [email protected]

These newest additions to the list were added Thursday 31 January 2002. This list was compiled from information found in newspapers, online, through email, from radio, TV broadcasts and suggestions of several friends.

Please be aware, there are a lot of dishonest and sick people out there that have been taking advantage of the caring people who want to help. Some law officals have been waring the public to be very careful when donating to any organization. It's been suggested if someone calls you on the phone asking for donations to ask for the name of the organization, their address and phone number; then check them out to make sure their legit.
