True education comes from being a right person in your life. We all know
what we are led to do in each given moment, by doing it, we are taken on the
path of discovery.
Thoughts of discouragement, feelings of discomfort may come, but the right
person can see these emotions and thoughts as the lie they are and stay the
course.
By doing so you learn character, and the given lesson at hand.
All that needs to be known is known at the time of need, and not a moment
before.
The educated person knows this truth and follows their intuition in that
moment, and does not let the constraints of the decided mind influence him.
That is what I do. I see each situation as new and different. And although I
have many experiences that I could draw from to attack new tasks, I continue
to ignore them, choosing to be led, new and fresh. This is the beginners
mind.

Entrecon - Wharton School of Business I was selected through an
application process to be involved in a Wharton School of business
4-day intensive for young entrepreneurs. This was a program that
selected the best of the high school entrepreneurs through out the
country.

EXPERIENCE

CHILDHOOD JOBS AND PRESENT DAY PERSPECTIVE
From a young age I allowed myself to follow my interest. From asking
my neighbor to do lawn work (for free) to starting my own lawn mowing and flower planting business at 13
called "Wolfington Jobs". I did this each summer for a
couple years, along with being a bus boy, coat boy and catering
assistant. Then at 15 I went to the New Jersey shore for the
summer, where my friend had a house. I was living in my own rented
room for $100.00 a week in Ocean city, a couple blocks from the beech,
while my parents thought I was living with a friend.
I got three jobs on the Board walk, one
being a Camel on the board walk for "Sunglass menagerie", selling
clothes in a boardwalk store called Pythias, and at night I worked at "Preps
Pizza" serving pizza and ice cream, mopping the floor and serving
tables.
After that summer I knew getting by was
not a problem. My mother came down the shore and found out about my one room
place and was impressed. I have always enjoyed doing things, and what others
might call work I call the joy of Life. While I did go through a time when I
dreaded work, it was from compromising what I knew was right, and I have
since stopped working that way and in turn regained my innocence.
While in the winters I became lazy and lost in school, each summer I
went and made my living, from working for a tree surgeon, to being a
bus boy and waiting tables. Then at 17 I started a car detailing
business and detailed many cars. Again work was a joy, no different
then non work. In fact, I did not break it down into two categories,
"Work" and "Personal", and that is how I am today.
It is all one, all the same. I like what I do. I like my Life. |

While in College
I started my own
video production company. I was given a loan by the Marion bank in
Philadelphia for $9,500.00 and raised an additional $9,500.00 to buy a
full editing and camera system. I then made enough money to reinvest
in the business and buy the additional equipment needed to be a full
service production company. I
did corporate promotional tapes, educational tapes, wedding videos,
and was one of the original producers of Video yearbooks for high
schools. I was the only known producer of the "College Sorority Videos". The
business paid off its debts, while supporting me as I went to
college and lived a foolish lifestyle. I
was solely responsible for the writing, shooting, editing and
distributing of all Off The Cuff Productions. |

| **** Note - CRW Financial, CRWF Holdings, Central Credit Inc, Casino
Money Centers and Telespectrum are all part of the same group. I
worked with this group from January 1993 to September of 1997, four
years and nine months. My boss was J. Brian O'Neill, who now is on
the Board of Directors of Telespectrum, and is Chairman of The O'Neill
Group, in Conshohocken, Pa. |
| I started with the company as a Telemarketer calling hospitals,
government agencies, large corporations and banks to set up
appointments for salespersons. |
| CRW Sales - I then started giving sales presentations for the CRW
product line to Medical billing facility's and retail clients. |
| CRW Customer service Director- Soon I was promoted to
"Assistant to the Chairman," in charge of all customer
service for the 16 regional offices throughout the United States. My
responsibilities were to make sure the top 50 customers at each branch
were getting great service. |
| I was the contact for these top customers and took care of all
their questions, problems and concerns. I set up a detailed computer
system that would track their needs and make weekly reports to all the
regional managers and the CEO. I informed the chairman of the
status of these clients and the various operational challenges on a
weekly, at times daily basis, often implementing new policy and
procedures to prefect the system. |

| CRWF Holding was an investment group that bought companies in a
variety of markets and restructured them and either took them public
or sold them privately. CRWF Holding owned Central Credit Inc, the
National Credit Bureau for the Casino Industry, having nearly every
casino from Australia to New Jersey as a customer, and CRWF, a
national medical and retail collection agency that collected bills for
hospitals and credit card companies like SEARS and MBNA bank. |
| I worked on the restructuring team of CRW Financial, which
included the CEO/Chairman of the Board, the CFO, Vice President of
Operations and The Director of Marketing. |
| I assisted in the restructuring of CRW Financial, the 6th largest
medical billing and collection agency in the United States. When the
group I worked with purchased CRW from TRW in 1991 the company was
operating at a $600,000.00 loss. After a year and a half the company
was no longer operating in debt. The whole company was purchased for
about $13,500,000.00. Over the time I worked with them they sold
all of the original companies for over $42,000,000.00. |
| The Chairman had taken a liking to me and personally guided me through
how to restructure and run the businesses, on weekends and nights, and
taking additional time throughout the day to explain the details. |
| My specific duties in the restructuring included developing or
participating in developing the
following aspects of the company: Customer Service Department ·
Marketing Department · Product Development ·
Training School. This job entailed creating the customer service and
training departments, and assisting in the creation of the other
departments. This included creating the brochures, training materials,
new products, and what ever needed to get done, for each project was
different. |

Casino and Credit Services |
| I was one of the coordinators for the Initial Public Offering
taking CRWF holdings public, under the name "CACS", on
NASDAQ exchange. |
| I did the research and created the various presentations to be
presented to Investors and analysts on the "Road show",
along with similar presentations for the Board of Directors and
potential acquisitions. This job led to me being one of a select few
invited on the "Road show" to present the new public company
to the investment community. |

| I was involved in restructuring the other more renowned company in
the "CACS" umbrella, Central Credit Inc., headquartered in Las Vegas,
Nevada. |
| I worked directly with the President of Central Credit, and the
Chairman of the Board. My job entailed creating new marketing
materials, brochures, handouts, and worked on product development. |
| Operationally Central Credit was sound, having a monopoly on Casino
Credit information for over 40 years, with nearly every casino in the
world as a customer. It was my job to implement and create new
products and ways to increase revenue in the then booming casino
industry. I designed the software upgrade plan to take a mainframe
system operating off of a dummy terminal, to a PC driven system. I
also created a new image with new products and public relations. This
resulted in a new brochure, product description pieces, and a few
articles written on the company, including one feature article in the
leading trade magazine, "Casino Journal." |

While working with Casino Journal on the feature article I became
aware they were in need of article on Indian Gaming, a new and
thriving part of the industry that few knew much about. I had spent
the last year working with tribes and offered my services and they
accepted. I wrote an article for the "The Casino Journal"
called "The Return of the Buffalo" which was published.
Shortly after
I was recognized in the Indian Gaming Market.

became "Director of Native American Gaming" and was in
charge of creating and establishing a new product line for Central
Credit in this new market. Over a one-year period I created the
brochures, presentations, operational manuals, procedures and policies
for this new product, called "Money Centers." |
| I took the new product to market and with in one year "Casino
Money Centers" was born and making more money then CRW Financial.
It was here that I started to learn how to be a healthy and a right
business man, verses the more tyrannical one that I was use to
dealing with in myself and others in the financial and work
environments. |

| While at Central Credit I created a product that was based on being
led. This company was built on "PATIENCE, HONESTY
and RESPECT." This proved
that by being a RyT person, healthy individuals and financial returns
could be realized. With in one year CMC Inc., grew into its own
company. In its first year, had over $1,400,000.00 in
revenue for a net profit of $600,000.00. |
| Over a three-year period this company generated over $13,000,000.00
in revenue. I created CMC Inc., from scratch. I was responsible
for the marketing material, fine tuning the concept, creating the
operational policies, training manuals along with selling the first
major accounts, setting them up, servicing them and of course the
corporate culture which stood to be the very foundation of the
organization. "PATIENCE, HONESTY
and RESPECT." |
| It was this success that led to my last promotion. I was
given the opportunity to run the business for the holding company.
As Executive Director/President, I was directly responsible to the
Chairman for all aspects of creating and executing the vision for the
business. |
| This also entailed overseeing day to day operations and maintaining
steady growth. |
| I created a company that not only made money but also made sense.
It dealt with each person, co-workers and customers alike with "PATIENCE, HONESTY
and RESPECT." as the number one priority.
And in this realized a fashionable profit! |
| When certain individuals within the organization started to try and come
against the "PATIENCE, HONESTY
and RESPECT" that was
building this organization, by being dishonest with customers and
associates, lashing out and acting inappropriately, I spoke up, and I
was fired for doing so. |

IPO Presentation Director |
| I was borrowed from my post as Executive Director/President of CMC Inc., for
six weeks to help with the execution of the "TLSP" Initial
Public Offering. The offering where "CRWF" holdings took a
roll up of telemarketing, fulfillment, inbound customer service and
direct mail companies, public. |
| "Telespectrum" or "TLSP" was one of the eight
largest telemarketing firms in the country providing inbound customer
service for Internet companies, banks, and many fortune 500 companies. |
| I also helped create the corporate culture brochure and was
included in strategy for the initial business plan.

| My role in the IPO allowed me to be one of the few selected to
join the Chairman and CEO on the IPO Road show. The picture above is
myself, the CFO, Chairman, President, Acquisition Director and
CEO at JPMorgan in New York, the night the deal was closed.

morning and I went back to running CMC. |

interviewed him about the dramatic changes he went through within
himself as a result of this mission. He wrote a book about this called
