came across this very interesting report published by the Spannenberg Group=TSG {a nationally recognized research and consulting firm specializing in improving justice programs; it has conducted nationwide research projects on a variety of topics relating to indigent defense services: www.spangenberggroup.com}, entitled Indigent Defense Services in the State of Nevada. Together with the US Dept of Justice and the American Bar Association, TSG studied NV's indigent defense system and published its findings in December 2000.
