| FIREWORKS PERMIT |
| Any individual or business that wishes to have a fireworks display, must have a fireworks permit, per the Municipal Code of Ordinances and Uniform Fire Code, NFPA 1123. Upon receipt of an application for the permit, which should be received 14 days in advance of the date set for this outdoor fireworks display, the fire department will make or initiate an investigation of the site of the proposed display for the purpose of determining compliance with these regulations in the case of the particular display.
