The band went to the studio for the first time to record the song BURNING THE FLAG, by the end of 1997.The following year, they recorded the LP demo RAISING DECAY, with a low-budget production.
Related to live performances, the stage has been shared with many bands, local and international, being some of the most important: MASTER from U.S.A., AVULSED from Spain, ORGONE from Mexico, etc., and from Central America: RENEGADO, PUSHER, CABAL, MALEFICIA, MANDRAGORA, RAICES TORCIDAS, NOCTIS INVOCAT and many more.
In the year 2002, the band took its most important step: the recording of the album INCANDESCENT, also producing the video clip for the track THE NEW AGE from the demo RAISING DECAY.
The last known line up was: Dave del Cid on the guitar and background vocals, Les� Ucles also on the guitar, Roy Cruzader on the vocals, David Salinas on the bass guitar, and Hector Lopez on the drums. Unfortunately, Dave del Cid decided to leave the band by the end of 2004. However, the best way to describe G.O.D. at that moment is: they were a band eager to transcend in the metal scene.
