A short paragraph from my brain:
I grew up in Northern California all of my life and I wanted to play the guitar and be a rock star. After an utterly failed attempt, I saw the "Looks that kill" video by Motley Crue. I was fascinated by what Tommy Lee was doing behind the kit. Although Lee wasn't a direct influence on my style, he was a showman just as much as the lead singer. I decided to play drums at that moment. I took 6 drum lessons with Dave "Crash" Grasco before he skipped town due to alimony payments. I taught myself from then on and the rest is history. I found out that drummers were a rare commodity in No. California so I was lucky to jam with a variety of musicians and bands. I have learned a lot from these experiences, and they have led me to COMATOAST. I have found my band at last, even if I don't become a "rock star."
