Lake Joseph from the cabins

The cabins are near Gordon Bay, on Lake Joseph.  It is one of the three Muskoka Lakes, and the other two -- Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka -- can be reached by boat from Lake Joseph.  
The deck ends at the water's edge.
The water off the dock is from 3 to 8 feet deep, and there is a shallower area, 1 to 2 feet deep, just fifty feet away.
There is also a small public beach about twenty-minutes' walk or paddle away, on Portage Lake.
