| This circuit could be called a decimal to binary convertor. When a keypad push button is pressed the circuit will output its binary equivalent. For example pressing button 7 will output 1110 reading top to bottom,pressing button 8 will output 0001. Of course this circuit would require contact conditioning and a latching IC such as a 7475 to be useful in a digital circuit. |
