Welcome to Ke|tH_ABD Homepage, a site dedicated to the wonderful vampires of Anne Rice.

As it appears that most people either become primarily Louis or Lestat fans, I might as well make it clear from the start that I belong to the former category. I've been in love with him ever since I read Interview With The Vampires....So who cares that Lestat is obsessed with David Talbot, or that Anne Rice herself seems to have forgotten about his existence. As far as I'm concerned, Louis is The Only One for Lestat :)

    *Warning*These character profiles are based on Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat and Queen of the Damned. A little bit from Tale of the Body Thief may also be included. There are spoilers for the first three books galore (and very little from ToBT), but none for Memnoch the Devil. Also, you may want to note that as long as you do not follow the "History" links, the sequence of events will not be obvious.
    If you have major problems with this, please let me know.

    I actually haven't read Memnoch the Devil yet. I've heard so many bad things about it, that I am almost afraid to. It's not pleasant having one's image of the Vampire World fall apart because of a new book. Unfortunately (?) I know about the big secret (re: A) and find it heartbreaking. Now that I've heard that Anne Rice is going to publish more stories next year, I don't think I can bear not to have read MtD, so it looks like I'll be working on it this ......... *Sigh*

    		There's just so much information on these vampires; I guess I should get everything in gear way before Anne Rice can get her next book out! I'm not much of an AR fan, I must confess. I couldn't even finish The Witching Hour (I gave up after 400 pages...loved the history stuff, though). However! She is absolutely incredible in that she has created these amazing characters, and for that, she has my utmost respect and gratitude.
