Chaiyaphum

    This province is the origin of the Northeast's two main rivers : the Chi and the Phrom.

    Prang Ku is another Khmer sanctuary  which is located at Ban Nong Bua in Tambon Nai Muang of Muang district,        3 km. from the provincial capital.

    It is similar in architectural style to other Khmer sanctuaries believed to be healing houses but its sandstone lintel and pediment with carvings make it different from the others. Through unfinished, the carved designs and the figure of a Bodhisattva suggest that they were also made in the 13th century.
