Judgement

Everyday I am judged People look at me and Think they know who I am I am judged by my appearance By how much money I have By the people I hang out with But the most depressing thing Is being judged not by who you are But by what everyone else thinks of you Popular opinion is adolescences flaw It guides our actions, our opinions Its blinding If the right person hates you Everyone does Rarely do you meet someone Who can think for themselves No one thinks to get to know you They assume and accept preconceptions Once the initial judgement is made Opinions can rarely be changed You are forever what others think The even sadder thing is That Im the same way I judge myself by others misconceptions I dont know who I really am So the closest thing I have is What others think Right or wrong Its easier than trying to find myself Inside this cluttered, confused mind
