GANGHWA ISLAND DOLMEN SITE: In Gyeongi Province, there is an island called Ganghwa Island, which is full of prehistoric dolmen sites that have been well preserved. There are exceptionally many dolmen sites in Asia. But Korea has the honor of having the largest concentration of dolmen site in all of Asia. For this reason, the dolmen site of Ganghwa Island has been considered into UNESCO World Heritage. |
