Last Name - Enter your last name
Last Name In Highschool - Enter your last name at grad as this is what most people will
remember you as.
Grade 12 - Enter the year you graduated grade 12 (Leave blank if not a graduate)
Grade 13 - Enter the year you graduated grade 13 (Leave blank if not a graduate)
Those who did not graduate will be added to a common site for all School Attendees
Email - this is required so that I can email your userid and password to enter the site and
start looking for your old classmates and buddies.
