Hypothermia and frostbite tend to slow a warrior down a bit. Dull reflexes often make a very bloody show.

Televised: Yes. The climate has proven to harsh for spectators. Broadcasting the duels held here is required to make money off of them.

Special Rules: All defense rolls recieve a -2 penalty. i.e. If a character normally has +3 to defend, when dueling at Glacial Point he only has +1. All attack rolls recieve a +2 bonus. i.e. If a character normally has +3 to hit, when dueling at Glacial Point he has +5.
