Chat Room Rules
These are the rules for the chatroom. You must follow these rules or you will not be allowed to play the game.
God Moding/Power Playing
This is very simple to follow, it is NOT tolerated. The Nessus guidelines for such behavior is clearly spelled out in the Guideline and Rules section. If you violate these guidelines, you will be kicked. If said behavior continues, you will be banned.
Out of Character & In Character Behavior
Nessus is a role playing game. Out of character conversation shall be kept off the main screen when possible. If it occurs on the main, it will be kept to a minimum and in brackets. OOC harassment of any kind of one player to another is NOT tolerated and will result in a kick. If said behavior continues, you shall be banned.
Racial slurs, gay slurs, and religious slurs will also earn you a kick and possible ban if said behavior continues.
Fighting
There is to be no fighting in the chat room #Nessus. All fights and quarrels must be over seen by a GM and may only take place in #Vega. Minor bar room brawls are allowed, but need to desist if the GM or other players demand it and taken to the duel channel.
Profane Language
Minimum swearing/cursing is allowed. Over use of swearing will result in a warning. If you continue to swear too much you will be kicked and possibly banned.
The word "fuck" shall never be used as it is a server rule. Variations on the word using symbols in place of letters is permitted as in f*ck, but overuse of this will also result in a warning.
Kissing and Nudity
You may kiss, make out, and so on (in character). But you may not have cybersex. There is to be no strip poker to the nude, being fully nude, or anything along that line. Stripping down to ones underwear is allowed as long as the under garments stay on and only if it is ok with the other players in the room.
Clones
We do NOT like clones in our rooms. If you are caught using a clone in one of our rooms then your IP will be banned. You will not be allowed in the chat rooms, the home pages, and you will not be allowed to play any game presented by Dark Slayers, Inc.
RPGWorlds Rules of Conduct
You must follow these rules:
Don't harass or threaten others.
Don't use dirogatory, tasteless, or sexually explicit comments in your conversations.
Don't use RPGworlds rooms to engage in illegal activities.
Don't behave in ways that make it difficult for other people to talk or enjoy themselves.
Results of Breaking the Rules
If you do not follow our rules or RPGworlds rules then you will get 3 warnings. If you continue to break the rules, then you will be kicked out of the room. If you come back only to break the rules again, or complain, or give the GM, in charge of the room, a hard time, then you will be banned from the room.
If after banning you continue to disrupt the room with private messages, changing nicks, etc the issue will be taken to the chatmaster of RPGWorlds and could result in a permanent ban from the entire server.
