Gnomes are bi-pedal humanoids. Their size is small by most racial standards. A mature Gnome generally stands between 3 to 4 feet tall.

They normally have a stocky build. The average male Gnome weighs between 75 to 125 pounds. Females average between 65 to 100 pounds.

Their eye coloring varies but blues and greens are most common. Their vision is poor but does reach into the IR spectrum.

Gnomes typically share the same skin tones as humans. Their hair is usually thick and almost uncontrollable. Facial hair is common.

A Gnome's life span generally ranges from 100 to 150 years.

Gnomes generally prefer to live in mountainous or hilly regions, especially areas covered in forests. They are omniverous surviving off both animals and vegetation.

Key Features: Gnomes are distinguished by their small size and builds. Their hair is universally white regardless of the Gnomes age. While they are close cousins to Dwarves their hair coloring is enough to seperate the two races.

Note: All races will vary from world to world. Almost everything listed above is stereo typical information. Only information listed as "Key Features" will be a constant as these things are what universally cause a creature to be labelled a certian race. An Elf may not have ever heard the term "Elf". His people may have another name which they call themselves. But if he looks like what other worlds consider an "Elf" that is what he will be considered by the city of Nessus and the game. Some races may share "Key Features" in those cases the stereo-typical information wil be used to give a creature a label. Creatures which dont seem to fit into any category will be considered Mystical Creatures.
