Nessus Denizen Generator

Before you even think about creating a denizen read the Denizens Intro. Info about all the catagories can be found there. This form is designed to be very easy to fill out. The only area which will require a little effort on your part is the Appearance portion. This should be as detailed as possible. Lack of effort in this area will earn your denizen a trip to the trash bin.

Keep in mind that super baddies don't compose the bulk of the denizens of the universe. I would like players to submit medium strength and even weak denizens. Right now everyone is very low level. Super baddies are all but useless to the GM's until there are characters strong enough to fight them. Special abilities, attacks, and immunities should be rare. Few denizens will possess more than a handful of these. If your going to make something strong thats fine. If you make something all but invincible it will be deleted.

Think about your denizen a little before you start filling stuff out. Things should make sense. If you create a denizen that lives in an arctic climate it probably isn't going to be immune to fire. If it is immune to fire you probably need to list an explaination for this.

Each accepted denizen will earn your character $20/20.

Note: The denizens name and species should probably be the same unless you are creating a Variant. A standard version must exist for a denizen before Variants can be created. If one is not posted, make one before your Variant.

For information about denizen levels Click Here. Level, Hit Points, Bonus to Hit, and Max Damage should all match below.

For Example: If you select 'Level 10' then you should select 'Level 10' in the other three catagories as well. The gen will then submit the correct stats and bonuses for a Level 10 denizen.

Note: The level chosen should make sense. A species of goblins are probably not going to be above level 2 or 3. Even a super variant of the denizen probably wouldn't be over level 5. On the flip side a species of dragons are probably not going to be below level 10 or so. Even a super weak variant species probably wouldnt be below level 5.

Level Hit Points Bonus to Hit Max Damage

Now we get to Immunities, Special Abilities and Special Attacks. These three catagories are probably going to be the difference between you getting some $$/exp for your character and your denizen getting a ride to the trash bin.

I don't want super monsters. If your planning on picking a bunch of immunities and attacks that kill instantly then you might as well not submit your denizen cause it wont be posted. Just think things out and be stingy with the extra powers.
