NESSThai operations are based in Krabi province in the South of Thailand.

Krabi is a quiet province with a newly-developing tourism industry. Often characterised by its coastal karst formations, many islands and beaches, and coral reefs, Krabi also has a rich history and a diverse inland environment that is much less well-known.

Although Krabi's infrastructure is still relatively less developed than the better known provinces of Phuket, Surat Thani, and Songkhla, we chose to base our operations here partly because of its central location in the southern region. No provincial centre in the southern region is more than 5 hours drive from Krabi. In addition, Krabi is culturally diverse and is small enough to maintain strong community ties in its towns and villages.
