| 1. When you join a
race, first thing to do is hit Ctrl-Y to see
how your connection quality is. It should be as close to 100 or higher if possible. If it is at around 20-30, then follow the
steps below. What you are doing is
disenabling some code they have for connection, then waiting for the quality to
come up. When it does, you re-enable the extrapolation to lock it in. |
| 2. Hit ALT-E once to DISABLE extrapolation. |
| 3. Hit CTRL-Y continuously to see how your connection is. |
| 4. If it is low (around
20-30 after say 10 tries), hit ALT-E twice
more until it is disabled again. |
| 5. Repeat CTRL-Y until you see the connection quality hit
as close to 100 as possible. When it does, immediately hit ALT-E (to enable extrapolation). |
