My Inara/Mal Wallpapers

Another one made for Lily, she really wanted Mal and Inara dancing, so I made her this one. It is called At The Ball. A little more effects laden then I usually do, used the Watercolor tool and then played with lighting effects to get a more "natural" look again. Also my first using a background I made.
Here's the Mal/Inara wallpaper I made for Lily as her re-ward for winning our little bet, turned out ratehr lovely, I think. It even replaced Tarnished Gift on my decktop for a time...LOL
The lyrics are from The Jeff Healey Band's song "Angel Eyes", a long time favorite song of mine that just seemed to fit the mood of this moment. I used the song in the screen saver I made lIly to go with this. Now, if only we could figure out how to get my screen savers to work on her computer so she can enjoy that too...hehehee
And another Mal one, this time for Malicious, as a penance for not telling Billie Dawn that there was a sexiest male poll going on and Jayne was winning...~snickers~
As you can tell I am largely unrepentant.
And, yet again, not totally happy with the blending. Mal just don't want to blend for me. But I am happier with the blending on this one the the other, less happy with the layout. The flames do suit him rather nicely though.
Made my first Mal piece, this one was done for Stace as her re-ward for beating Lily and me in getting a new chapter posted to one of her stories, even though she techniclly was not competing in the bet. Which reminds me, I still owe Lily a Mal/Inara one since she won the "actual" bet....LOL
Again, not 100% thrilled with the outcome of this one, gorram blending never did work out real well. But, after staring at Mal's ass for the better part of 6 hours I figured it was good enough and I best stop before I was totally converted to being a Mal fan.

Most of my brushes I got from Morbid Romantic which is part of the Baptism Of Blood site. Go there, she has the most awesome stuff, I also use some of her backgrounds. And some great HTML Tut's that I plan to go through here some day...LOL
Also use a lot of brushes and backgrounds/textures from 1greeneye. Most of the backgrounds/textures on the older images are from Daydreaming, along with a few of the screen caps.I now also have some backgrounds/textures from Divine Intervention.
The images I use are almost exclusively from Can't Take The Sky. The screencaps were made by EB at HeroineChic. Most Angel related screen caps are from the Freeze Frame Network. If I use a screen cap from another source I''ll mention it in the piece description.
