Nato a Salerno, 15 febbraio 1971, � stato un programmatore prima di unirsi ai Neri per Caso come ultimo membro. I suoi capelli sono pi� scuri di Diego ed ha occhi amichevoli scuri. Gli piace chattare e trasmettere e-mail. Non come gli altri (al contrario della maggior parte degli italiani), non gli piace il calcio. Quando sono sul palco, Ciro � il pi� occupato a dare i segni agli altri quando � il loro turno per cantare.
