Adiknya Ciro ini paling nggak bisa diem (nggak di panggung nggak di luar panggung). Romanista ini lahir di Napoli, 26 Oktober 1972, dengan rambut dan mata coklat muda. Dengan segudang bakat (piano, aransemen musik, sampe goyang dangdut!), dia adalah tulang punggung Neri per Caso. Hampir semua lagu yang mereka nyanyiin diaransemen oleh Diego dan kakaknya. Sebel sama kelingkingnya, tapi belakangan bilang kalo nggak ada anggota tubuh yang nggak disukai. Sempet bingung ngeliat Jakarta karena pikirnya Jakarta itu kota pantai kayak Bali. Di CD Neri per Caso ada gambar tato bentuk cakra. Itu punya Diego di bahu kanannya.
