Chipping Campden

____________________________________________________________

Justin saw an advertisement quite a while ago for a tour of the Cotswolds. It seemed like a nice area to visit, so we finally made plans to head west for Labor Day weekend. We ended up spending only the afternoon of the second day in the Cotswolds, but that's ok.
We chose Chipping Campden as a town to see. It looked big enough to be interesting, but small enough to keep its charm. It was just a quaint Cotswolds town - nothing exciting, but it was nice to see a different part of England. It would have been a little nicer if Malachi hadn't been so cranky.
The drive from Oxford to Chipping Campden was scenic. We went through a few small Cotswolds towns and saw a very nice valley on a very clear day.

After Chipping Campden we headed home. We probably should have taken three days, but it was still a good trip.
