This will help you make detailed backgrounds for your characters. Answer all the questions as completely as possible and which as much detail as you can. Bonus XP will be awarded for rich backgrounds. It is best to get personal, because this is a real person you are creating, so that your character is more than just a collection of statistics, skills and feats.

On to the questions!

1. What is the character's name? Give both full birth name, as well as nicknames, street names, etc.
2. What species is your character?
3. What gender is your character?
4. What is your characters physical size?
5. What is the color of the characters Hair, eyes, and skin? (If these are atypical for your species explain why.)
6. What distinguishing features does your character possess? (scars, tattoos, body piercings)
7. How does your character dress and groom himself (i.e. choice of clothes, makeup and/or perfume, etc.)?
8. Where was the character born (Planet, city, etc.)?
9. Where does your character live? Why does he live there?
10. What is the characters date of birth?
11. What was the character's family life like?
12. What is the Characters current relationship with his family?
13. If the characters family is still alive, what do they do, and where do they live?
14. List any past serious relationships that your character has had, and give a brief overview of the relationship.
15. Has your charcter begun his own family? If so with whom and what is his family like?
16. Does your character have any pets? If so, what are they and what does your character call them? (Details about the relationship is a plus.)
17. Where or how was the charcter educated?
18. Where did the character learn his Skills?
19. What special qualities does the character posess? This does not refer to skills, but rather at other things, such as How he gets along with people, does he plan ahead, etc.
20. What is the character's current job? Has the character ever done anything else for a living? If so, why did he change jobs?
21. What is the most important thing your character has ever done?
22. What is the most rememberable thing your character has ever done?
23. Are their certain things the character can't or won't do? Why?
24. What are the characters political and religious beliefs? (Explain them also, even if they are "none" there should be a reason for this... infact "none" probably requires more explaination than other options.)
25. Which religion (if any) do your character follow?
26. Describe the characters Moral code. Include how mercenary he is, whether or not he'll kill innocents, etc.
27. What kind of personality does your character have? This should not necessarily be obviously stated in the background, as it is more important for actually playing the character, but it may colour or add mood to the history.
28. What are your character's goals?
29. What is your character's greatest goal?
30. What are your character's three most common dreams?
31. What secrets does your character keep? Has he shared them with anyone else?
32. What things, people, or ideas does the character hate?
33. What things people, or ideas does the character love?
34. Which person(s) or group(s) does your character love the most?
35. Which person(s) or group(s) does your character hate the most?
36. Which person(s) or group(s) does your character respect the most?
37. Which person(s) or group(s) does your character fear the most?
38. Which person(s) or group(s) does your character feel most loyal to?
39. What is your character's favorite color?
40. What is your character's favorite food and/or drink?
41. What place would your character most like to visit?
42. What pastime, that your character participates in regularly, gives him the most enjoyment?
43. What pastime, that your character participates in regularly, gives him the least enjoyment?
44. What annoys your character the most?
45. What (if any) is your character's favorite form of art?
46. What type of music does your character like?
47. What is your character's favorite possession?
48. Does your character have a good luck charm? What is it, and why?
49. What do you think is your characters best quality?
50. What do you think is your characters worst quality?
