9/28/00 As you all know, two strange holidays are falling in the most- shall we say- eerie month of the year. Yup- Friday the 13'th, and Hallow'een all go together on October!!! In honor of that fact, me and Ruka have devised something truly ingenious- the 13th edit. I can't say more, but on October 1'st. *please bookmark, and come back!!* We change Nep~Ura's like it's never been changed before, and you- the surfer- play a very large part. Until the Enigma surfaces then, I bid you farewell. *grins sweetly* This will be like no other-

Haruka's Notes: I've decided not to post the "new" border backgrounds until October is done and over with. ^_^; I just corrected Michi's spelling [A's in English, my ass!] and I'm 85% done the new layout. Yes, this time the special October layout will be done by me. No, I'm not going to tell you any more. I'm also going to make some Hallow'een related graphix, but once October's done, you can't get them until next year! :P And I'm also slowly helping Michi out with the 13th edit, which is turning out great. Happy end of September!
