Geography

Penalia is bordered on the north by Mayne and on the west by Balthia. It is also bordered on the Penalia is a flat province with many forrests. Only the most southern portions of the province have mountains; in fact there are only a handfull.

Penalia was one of the earlier provinces settled. It was named after James Penalton, who was an explorer of the Kian continent. Penalia has many natural forrests, and is a big exporter of lumber and paper.

There are a few rivers in Penalia but they are small and not considered "major" rivers of Neptunia.
