Geography

Mayne, the mayberry province, is the most northern province in Neptunia. All of the province was originally covered by dense coniferous forests, and many of these still exist. Mayne has the most national parks of any provice, with six. The Dead Man Territory is a national park in itself, but is much smaller than Mayne.

Borders

Mayne borders Cumberland on the north and east; Sorento on the west; Penalia on the south west and Balthia on the south east.

Miscellaneous

There are not many "tourist" spots in Mayne aside from the national parks. Mayne's economy consists of mostly logging and jobs in the lumber industry.

Sports

Mayne has no major sports teams, although, they had a football team, the Darwin Dogs, from 1312 to 1319. The Dogs made the Magnolia Trophy game in 1314, 1317, 1318 and 1320, winning every time (4/4).

The next season, most of the team from Ludlow was killed in a train wreck, so the last seven games were forfited by all teams out of respect. At this point, Darwin had compiled an 11-4 record, and most likely would have maintained their dynasty.

The Dogs were sold due to the former owner's death shortly after the 1321 season abruptly ended. The very next season, having moved to Coral, Oceana, and being named the Raptors, they won the Magnolia Cup for the fifth time, the first as the Raptors.
