How many siblings do you have?

Currently there are nine of us taking up the solar system which we call home.   There�s little baby Pluto who likes to melt his toy solders.  Next is my little sister Mercury.  She likes to play board games and is an avid storyteller.  Usually, she becomes a mediator when we have siblings squabbles and makes sure everything gets patched up (there�s only one case in which she has failed).  Like Pluto, Mars also has toy solders, however, he does not burn them unmercifully.  He conjures brilliant battle scenes and makes sure to snag at least one of us into viewing his very detailed attack maneuvers.  I am next - YAY!!  I like to play with My Little Ponies and to eat Mooncake - yummm =L.... and I drink nothing but water (go figure).  Uranus, my twin brother, is an avid astronomer and keeps charts of the stars and logbooks of their creation and destruction.   My older sister, Venus, is a �hott mama� as I am told. =/ BAH!  You wouldn�t think she was so damn �hott� if you see what she looks like in the morning!  The most successful of us is my sister, Earth.  She founded Earth Corp.; ever since, her business has been booming.  She brags about it all the time, that twit.  Jupiter is my oldest brother.  He may be slow but he knows much more than any of us.  We always go to him for advice, even if it takes a few days to get an answer out of him.  The oldest sibling is my sister Saturn.  She likes to boss us around and thinks she's much better than  us because she's had more experience.  BAH!!

We have been discussing adopting this darling little mass just out across the backyard of Pluto, but we haven�t been able to agree.  =/

Where did Jupiter get that giant red eye?

At one of the family picnics Saturn brought her husband-of-the-month.  Everything was going fine until Mercury arrived late (as usual) and recognized Saturn�s companion.  I personally never met him before.  It was quickly stated that Sirius was an ex-boyfriend.  Oh, that poor Sirius, he was caught in the middle of a sibling squabble.  Mercury threw the potato salad at Saturn - she was steaming mad.  Saturn screeched a few insults (which I won�t repeat here!).  Then Jupiter intervened and told Saturn to stop being so pompous and to just let it rest.  This, of course, got Saturn started on how much she HATED how Jupiter had so many rendezvous with his numerous moons.  Jupiter than realized that Saturn was jealous (even though why exactly I will never know) of his realtionships and made a sly remark.  By this point, Mercury was jabbing Saturn around the middle.  This was causing Saturn to slip into an even more foul mood.  Finally, Saturn had had enough and flung Mercury at Jupiter to shut the both of them up.  The results were that Mercury�s ego was bruised (she�s healed now) and that Jupiter got a black eye.  The eye eventually turned to bloodshot, and has stayed tender ever since.  I believe that he suffered some head trauma also as he is more slow now than before.  Poor guy.

It�s something called business management.  It�s not that we haven�t tried to form successful businesses of breeding humans - it�s just that we don�t have as much work ethic and patience as Earth does.  Mars has come close, and every so often does try again - but eventually, just gives into the powers of  satellite dish signals and listens to Larry King Live.  Even Triton (my moon) gave it a shot after Saturn divorced him, but he eventually gave into Larry King also.  Earth has very good time management skills as she divides her time between us, her current love interest and her dominant business of Earth Corporation.  We are all very proud of her, until she starts to shove it in all of our faces.  Then it gets old real fast to learn how she staged the ozone layer collapse to see if her prospects were intellectual enough to stop its complete decay.

We all think that her business partner, Moon, has been giving her illegal tips to make her as successful as she is.  I�ve been told not to discuss it however, I don�t want her to find out and send the plague on me - I hear it�s very hard to get over.  =/

Why is there an asteroid belt between Jupiter and Mars?

Once Jupiter was caught peeking into Mars� cupboards looking for some sugar, but was mistaken to be looking for nebular pictures.  Why Jupiter would want to look for such disgusting pictures is beyond me.  Even, further more, Mars shouldn�t have had any of those, period! Nonetheless hide them in his kitchen of all places!  This of course got Mars into a rift against Jupiter and decided to make a barricade between  the two.

Even Mercury, the one that gets us along, couldn�t even get Mars to stop his mindless drudgery.   Mars just wouldn�t think logically enough  - he�s always been a stubborn prat.

Anyway,   Mars spent years making the asteroid belt to keep Jupiter out of his cupboards.  It�s rather difficult for Mercury, Venus and Earth to travel over for picnics and get togethers, but they still make it.  Mars hasn�t shown up for one since he built the belt, the last one was when Jupiter got his black eye.  Sometimes we travel over when we are invited for the annual Earth Corps. brunch - but Mars never talks to Jupiter.  I�m not sure if it bothers Jupiter or not, maybe he thinks that Mars will grow out of it.  Hopefully soon!

How many rings does Saturn have?

Oy, she has had so many marriages.  We have classified all the rings into four groups.  There is the blue-stoned group,  bronze-stoned group, turquoise-stoned group and the diamond-stoned group.  They all have about the same number of rings.  She has had so many suitors, however, that its really hard to tell how many actual rings she has at her house.

She has so many that it�s threatening our lively hood!  Her rings are getting out of hand!  Whenever she wears them all at once (which is quite frequently) she gets so large that she almost crosses into our orbits!  It�s almost like she wants to knock Jupiter and Uranus out of their orbits!  Hello!  What are you thinking?!

If she knocks Uranus out of his, he�ll topple into me and I�ll fling poor little Pluto out in the depths of the backyard and he has a tendency to get lost sometimes!  He�s so small that sometimes I can�t see him!  If she knocks Jupiter off, he�s so large himself that he�ll slowly run into the asteroid belt that Mars made.  Jupiter will get all bruised again!  He can only put up with so much!  That poor guy!

She should just stop wearing them all the time and leave them at home!  Doesn�t she have any common sense?!
